Policy & Objectives

At Berry Residential, our property inventory reports outline the guidelines and procedures for reimbursing individuals for expenses incurred regarding necessary property inventory items on behalf of the property care organization. This policy does not cover expenses related to renting or leasing property items for personal use. Properly documented property inventory reporting helps to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, issues are addressed in a timely manner, and the property is well maintained to meet the needs and expectations of its occupants. All property inventory reports must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase for reimbursement qualifications. Please review our policy guidelines for details.
